Water Safety🌊
In Te Maunga we have been learning about water safety. One of the main things to do is never swim with a teenager because he or she might go away or they might do something else like to get distracted. The other thing to do is swim between the flags. If your Mum or Dad gets hurt or your boat breaks down you should find the channel 16 for the Coast Guard.

Cricket😜
On Tuesdays in some weeks we have been learning about cricket. My favorite thing that we did was when we learnt how to play speed cricket with one of the guys that made the cricket thing. One of my hardest thing to do was when we had to try and catch the flying ball, that was zooming in the air and right next to the start. It was really fun to play cricket I liked it a lot.

Math Problem Solving
In Te Maunga each week we do maths problem solving with our class or in our math problem solving group. We do maths like 55 times something or something like that. Most of the groups have an export or a target student with them. The target students are the kids that work with Mrs Pou. Mrs Pou gives us maths problems to do with our group and sometimes we get to do it with a friend or a buddy. One day we did our wingspan with the target student. The people that I work with are Breeze, Mere and me. I think the math that we do with our class is fun because we get to help other people learn their math.

At Paihia School all of the classes go to fitness activities. The activities are jump jam racing with the hurdles and lots more things to do. One of my favorite activities are jump jam and the racing with the hurdles. I find fitness fun with the big kids teaching us. I like king teaching me the most when I do my fitness rotashion. The fitness makes our heart beat faster to keep us going. The next day we go to a different activite and then we keep on rotating in till Friday.
